	Mathias R. Vairez Jr. is a career educator, who over the last twenty years has served as a university instructor, instructional supervisor, acting campus administrator, teacher, vice-principal, principal (on multiple occasions), and coach, among others. Mathias holds a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with emphasis in English and Mathematics from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky.  He also holds a Master of Education degree in Instructional Technology from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.  Mathias is currently a doctoral student and research assistant at Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas.  He is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Educational Leadership with majors in Human Resource Management and Research Methods & Statistics.  You can read his blog, explicating, educational ideas and issues, at http://www.mvairez.blogspot.com/.
